+3 Year Warranty

POLO TRAVEL CLUB is rigorously tested to insure durability. If there is a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship, we will repair the bag at their option. This warranty is applicable to the first purchaser or receiver of a gift only on the date of purchase. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover misuse or abuse, negligence, accidents, abrasions, exposure to solvents or acids, water, normal wear and tear, or transportation damages. The warranty does not cover airline, cruise line, bus line, etc., damage. Warranty repairs must be done at a Seven Continent Intertrade Service Center. POLO TRAVEL CLUB suggests all repairs whether covered under warranty or not be done by an authorized warranty center. 

The customer will responsible for logistic charge from the department store to the service center unless the customer brings the luggage to the service center directly. 

The warranty shall not apply if the warranty certificate has been lost, erased or is defaced/illegible; the purchaser was made through an unauthorized reseller; the product was imported without permission (i.e. parallel imports); or the product was sold as used, reconditioned, returned, or refurbished; any unauthorized modifications and repairs have been made.
